ECDS stands for "Everybody Can Do Something." We believe that everyone can contribute to improving their lives, supporting their families, and enhancing their communities. As part of this belief, we encourage entrepreneurs to offer opportunities to capable individuals. All that’s required is a solid training program in your company. If you have great employees who may not have the educational background for an available entry-level position, consider training them.

ECDS Business Revitalization is a subsidiary of ECDS Community Revitalization, Incorporated, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2005 to address the rural development and economic needs of Louisiana residents and communities following Hurricane Katrina.

In 2013, we started collaborating with the Louisiana Workforce Development and the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development to create structured educational training programs. These programs were designed for residents and small businesses, providing services and products to new, emerging, and established enterprises and business professionals. Our mission was to train residents to become true professionals in their respective fields, rather than settling for mediocrity. We aimed to connect potential employees with employers effectively.

ECDS has moved to Stockbridge, Georgia, where we have formed a diverse team of professionals with extensive experience in various areas of management, dedicated to supporting current and aspiring entrepreneurs in their business ventures. Our team includes a former Hotel General Manager, a Director of Sales and Marketing (SMERF), a Public Administration Manager, a Business Professor, and a retired military Acquisition and Logistics Executive. These qualifications reflect our expertise, but our mission extends beyond credentials. We aim to assist business leaders looking to enhance performance in specific areas of their organizations. If we cannot provide a service or product that meets your needs, we will be honest about it and make every effort to help you find what you need or refer you to someone else.
